Shipping Policy
- Shipping Charges: All standard shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. However, if a customer receives a damaged product, we will cover the return delivery charges for the replacement.
- Delivery Times: Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping provider. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared via email.
- Shipping Responsibility: We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages that occur during transit. Any issues related to delivery should be reported to the shipping carrier unless the product arrives damaged, in which case we will assist you directly.
Refund Policy
- Partial Refunds Only: We offer partial refunds of 75% of the order value.
- Refund Eligibility: Applicable after an order is confirmed, orIf the product has already been delivered.
Non-Refundable Fee: 25% of the total amount is retained to cover administrative and processing costs.
Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer in all cases.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange Requests: Customers must inform us within 3 days of receiving the product to request an exchange.
- Late Requests: If we are not notified within this timeframe, we cannot guarantee an exchange.
- Product Condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, and with ribbon & tagcard intact for any exchange to be processed.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping charges related to the exchange process.
Advance Payment Policy
- Order Confirmation: A mandatory advance payment is required to confirm your order.
- No Advance, No Order: If the advance is not received, your order will not be confirmed and will be automatically cancelled.
- Payment Methods: We currently accept only bank transfer payments. For COD orders, a 25% upfront payment is required for confirmation.
